This Perfumemart Web Site is owned and operated by H&W Fragrances Pty Ltd trading as Perfumemart(ACN 74102468753) . You must be over eighteen (18) years of age to use this site. If you do use, browse or access this site you agree to our terms, conditions and the following disclaimers. By accessing this site you are agreeing that you have read and understood our terms and conditions. If you enter into a transaction on this website you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions.

Perfumemart reserves the right to change any or all of the information contained herein at any time and you should constantly check current terms and conditions.

Shipping and Freight

Perfumemart has two methods of delivery;
Standard Delivery which is with Australia Post or Courier express delivery.

Australia Post delivery takes between 2-6 working days anywhere in Australia. A $6.50 flat rate applies Australia wide.

Express Courier delivery incurs a flat rate of $16.50 Australia wide. Express delivery is next working day for all orders in state metro areas, outer regional areas may take between 1-4 working days. For these delivery times to be met all orders must be received by 2pm on a particular day.

All orders must be signed for upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the parcel a card will be left at the address. In the case of Australia Post the card will notify the recipient that a parcel is waiting to be picked up from the local post office. We do not accept liability for a delay in the event that there is no one to receive the order at the delivery address. Any additional resending costs will be incurred by the customer. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to post boxes.

Perfumemart currently only ships to addresses within Australia.

Delivery Policy

The delivery times indicated are only an estimate, Perfumemart is not liable for an inability to observe these times. You agree that you are not entitled to withdraw from your commitment to purchase the product due to a delay in delivery. If the product has not been delivered within 21 days each party can consider the contract to be terminated. If Perfumemart does not have the particular products in stock that have been ordered Perfumemart will contact the buyer and inform them of an estimated date of availability. If the buyer does not accept this later date Perfumemart will refund the money.

Perfumemart has a 15 day return policy if the customer is not completely happy.

Returns

You should review the Perfumemart returns policy for information concerning returns. You agree to be bound by the terms of the returns policy and Perfumemart's liability is limited as expressed in that policy and these Terms and Conditions.

Pricing

The price as it appears on this website is a representation of the price and is not binding if an error has been made. Errors in data migration can occur and we reserve the right not to continue a purchase if a mistake has been made. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are only valid in Australia.

Orders

After placing an order a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. After the e-mail confirmation is forwarded a legally binding agreement between you and Perfumemart commences the details of which are detailed in our terms and conditions policy.

By making an order on this website you are making an offer. We reserve the right to reject or accept your offer for any reason: these might include the unavailability of the item, a pricing error or a mistake in your order. The availability of products, pricing, cost of services like delivery etc. may change at any time.

The prices quoted on this website are in Australian dollars $AUS and GST inclusive.

Out of Stocks and Backorders

On the condition that the product you ordered is not in stock, you will be notified by e-mail immediately. During this time you can either cancel your order or place the order on back order.

Risk

All risk associated with the product will shift to the purchaser when the order leaves our warehouse and is dispatched. The title of the products remain with Perfumemart until you have made payment in full for those products Termination

Perfumemart reserves the right to terminate the buyer’s ability to purchase products and services from this site at any time.
